Reaching the World with the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Purpose:
The purpose of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church Evangelistic Team is to fulfill the great commission in which Jesus Christ left us in Matthew 28:19, 20 – “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Objective:
Our objective is to establish an holistic evangelistic team that will meet the needs of the communities within the City of St. Petersburg through the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The main focus of the evangelistic team is to ultimately fulfill the five commandments that Jesus has instructed us to do.
